Manifesto

We embrace kindness, transparency, integrity, and professionalism.

These are not just words; they are the foundation of who we are and how we operate.

In an industry that often values speed over substance and profit over people, we choose a different path. We believe that true success is built on human values, where every interaction, every decision, and every relationship is guided by kindness.

We are people first.

Our focus on people—our team, our clients, our partners—has led us to develop industry-leading workflows and processes that are designed to support and uplift everyone involved. By prioritizing the well-being and fulfillment of our team, we have created an environment where frictionless client renewals are the norm, team turnover is astonishingly low, and genuine relationships are built on mutual respect and trust.

We work differently.

Founded as a remote-first company in 2013, we have always known that the future of work is not confined to a single location, a rigid schedule, or a one-size-fits-all approach. We understand that people are at their best when they have the freedom to align their work with their lives, not the other way around. This is why we empower our team members to work however, wherever, and whenever it best suits their personal needs and professional ambitions.

We are a different kind of podcast company.

Our commitment to doing things differently is not just a tagline—it’s a way of life. By staying true to our values, success is measured in the lasting impact we have on the lives of those we work with and the stories we help to tell.

We are here to redefine what it means to work, to connect, and to create. We are committed to building a future where kindness, transparency, integrity, and professionalism are the standards, not the exceptions.

This is our manifesto, and we invite you to join us in making it a reality.

What We

DON’T Care About

Podcasting is what we care about most. However, we understand that it’s probably not what you care about most!

You have your job, we have ours.

With that in mind, here are a few time-wasters that we have developed a non-clinical aversion to:

  • We don't care about performative financial negotiations.

The quickest way to get to work is sharing how much you are planning to invest so we can build the best possible show within, or under, your budget.

  • We don't care if you're not on contract with us.

Of course, if your team requires that we have a written agreement or SOW, we're happy to review and sign what you send over. Better yet, we can create the documents together!

We have several multi-year, seven-figure relationships with brands that have never signed an agreement.

  • We don't care about lengthy side presentations that few actually read.

We also don't care about squeezing your project into our price schemes.

Our inboxes are full of slide decks, price sheets, links to videos, ebooks, mailing lists...ugh!!!

Here's the thing, if you need a presentation or ballpark estimate as a requirement, we'll do it together!

What better way to discover how well we work together as a team!

What don’t you care about?
